Custom Style – Choose bold or subtle colors to match your vehicle’s look.
Heat-Resistant Finish – Special paint resists brake dust, rust, and high temps.
Professional Appearance – Clean, painted calipers give your wheels a premium touch.
Protects the Metal – Adds a layer of protection against corrosion and grime.
FAQs
How long does powder coating last on wheels?
Powder coating typically lasts 5–10 years with proper care. It’s more durable than regular paint and resists chips, corrosion, and fading.
Can you powder coat any type of wheel?
Most aluminum and steel wheels can be powder coated. However, chrome-plated or damaged wheels may need extra prep or may not be ideal candidates.
What’s the difference between caliper painting and powder coating?
Brake calipers are painted, not powder coated, because they can’t go in an oven. The paint used is high-heat resistant, specifically made to handle the extreme temperatures of braking.
How long does caliper painting take?
Usually 1–2 days, including prep, painting, and curing. Time may vary depending on condition and number of calipers.
